A leading independent Preparatory School in London require a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or Teaching Assistant from September, 2021. This is a permanent position (term-time only) which would entail teaching in Reception and Key Stage 1. The school is very happy to support promising candidates to obtain QTS in the future.

Essential: NVQ Level 3, and excellent written and spoken English.

Desired: Prior experience teaching and a background in the independent sector would be a bonus, however, this is certainly not essential.

The school places a strong emphasis on the wider community and establishing a partnership with parents so that the children are able to flourish in a nurturing yet stimulating environment. The development of interpersonal skills, team spirit and strong self awareness is achieved through a varied and exciting extracurricular programme as well as instilling values such as: confidence, honesty, service, and dedication. The school provides excellent academic rigour underpinned by an outstanding pastoral care programme so that pupils can thrive.

If you are passionate about Primary teaching and would like the opportunity to teach in a leading independent Preparatory School, please forward your CV asap to: devra.farhi@harrishill.co.uk or please ask for Devra for an informal chat on: 020 7820 7308.
