Harris Hill are delighted to be recruiting for a Physics Teacher with the ability to teach KS3 maths at a small independent school in South London (Wandsworth). This is a temporary post from 25th February, for 6 weeks.


Are you a creative and inspiring teacher looking for a subject leader position in a new independent girls' school?
The school is seeking to appoint an energetic, creative and inspiring teacher of Physics with the drive to set up the Physics Department at an exciting time in the School's development.

We currently have years 7 to 11 and a lower sixth form group who study all of sciences at A level. KS3 is taught in year 7-8 and the Sciences.

The successful candidate will be someone with a proven track record in raising achievement and will have the skills and attributes necessary to motivate students to understand and realise their ambitions. They will teach Physics from KS3-KS5 in addition to KS3 maths. They will relish working in an environment that is forward-thinking, hard-working and fast-paced. You will have the opportunity to be part of a collaborative environment and contribute to the training of our part-time technician and non-specialist staff.
