An excellent independent school on the Hertfordshire borders require a Mandarin teacher from September 2021. This is a permanent position which can be part-time or full-time, and which would entail teaching Mandarin up to A level. Assistance with accommodation may be available.

Essential: Excellent written and spoken English, and experience teaching Mandarin at Secondary level or applications from strong NQTs or postgraduates would also be warmly received. Full support would be provided for the NQT Induction.

Desired: QTS and a background in the independent sector would be a bonus, however, this is certainly not essential.

Their last inspection found that the quality of relationships between staff and pupils, and amongst the pupils themselves is outstanding.
