We are delighted to be recruiting for the appointment of a Biology teacher in an independent senior school (just 20 minutes from central London). We are seeking to recruit a teacher of Biology to join this successful and ambitious department. The department achieves excellent examination results at GCSE, A Level and at IBDP and pupil numbers are very strong. The successful candidate must be, or have the potential to become, an outstanding and inspiring teacher and should possess creativity, excellent interpersonal skills and strong organisational abilities. They must also be willing to contribute to our extensive pastoral and co-curricular programmes. This position is suitable for experienced teachers, NQTs or trainee teachers, for whom a very generous and supportive teacher training package is provided. Additional remunerated responsibilities both within and beyond the department may be available for suitable applicants.
The school has its own pay scale significantly above the maintained sector and subsidised accommodation might be available if required.
