A leading independent school in London require a Lab Technician Lead from January, 2021. This is a permanent position which would entail providing technical support to the Science Department, namely; contributing to students' learning experiences by assisting with the preparation of materials and apparatus for practical work, assisting in class demonstrations, and inventory.

Essential: A degree in Science or equivalent, good written and verbal communication skills, and experience in a laboratory environment.

Desired: Experience working in a school environment would be a bonus, however, this is certainly not essential.

The successful candidate will be able to convey his/her own enthusiasm, commitment to students of all ages, and to encourage self-motivation, a genuine love of learning and enquiry to the students in the department.
