Physics Teacher

Job description

A leading independent school in London require a Physics teacher from September, 2020. This is a permanent position which would entail teaching Physics up to A level.

Essential: Prior experience teaching Physics to A level or applications from strong NQTs or postgraduates would also be warmly considered.

Desired: A background in the independent sector would be a bonus, however, this is certainly not essential.

Physics is a very popular and successful department in the school with most students going on to a Russell Group University.

The school's mission is to foster a thirst for knowledge and a real commitment to learning. Students are shown what it means to take responsibility; they are encouraged to develop a strong moral code with the ability to make informed judgements about what is right and wrong. Central to their ethos is teaching students values such as: grit, discipline, honesty and humility.

If you are a Physics enthusiast who would like to teach in a top independent school, please forward your CV asap to devra.farhi@harrishill.co.uk or tel: 020 7820 7308 and ask for Devra for an informal chat.

Harris Hill is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all partners to share this commitment.
