Physics Lab Tecchnician

Job description

A leading independent school on the Kent/Sussex borders require a Physics Laboratory Technician from September, 2020. This is a permanent, full-time position which would entail assisting teaching staff and students in practicals and overseeing specialised science teaching, as well as being responsible for health and safety and managing stock.

Essential: A minimum of Science GCSEs or equivalent or prior experience as a lab technician.

Desired: A university degree in Science or prior experience working in a school environment would be a bonus, however, this is certainly, not essential.

A balance of academic rigour and pursuit and drive in extracurricular activities is valued and encouraged at the school to provide a well-rounded education for students.
