KS3 Specialist Religious Studies Teacher

Job description

A leading independent School in London require a KS3 Specialist Religious Studies teacher from September, 2024. This is a permanent position which would entail teaching Religious Studies primarily at KS3.
 
Essential: Prior experience teaching Religious Education, or applications from strong ECTs or postgraduates would also be warmly received. Full support would be provided for the ECT Induction.
 
Desired:  Experience teaching RE at GCSE and a background in the independent sector would be a bonus; however, this is certainly not essential.  
 
Their last inspection found that the quality of relationships between staff and pupils, and amongst the pupils themselves is outstanding. The ethos of the school is one which cultivates an appetite for achievement, a determination to succeed and a lifelong love of learning.
