A leading independent school on the Berkshire/Surrey borders require a Head of English & Drama from September, 2020. This is a permanent position which would entail teaching Drama to Year 8, English to Year 6, and managing the Department.

Essential: Prior experience teaching Drama to Key Stage 3 or higher and English to at least Year 6. Applications from experienced Secondary trained teachers in Drama and/or English would be welcome.

Desired: A background teaching Drama and/or English at GCSE/A level or Common Entrance/Scholarship level, and prior experience coordinating LAMDA would be a bonus, however, this is certainly not essential.
