A leading independent school on the Hampshire borders require a Head of English from September, 2021 for a 1 year maternity contract, however, there is a possibility the role may be extended or become permanent. The post would entail teaching English to A level and managing a very popular department. Accommodation is available, if needed.

Essential: Several years' experience teaching English at A level.

Desired: Experience holding a position of responsibility and a background in the independent sector would be a bonus, however, this is certainly not essential.
