A leading independent school on the London/Surrey borders require a Head of English from September 2021. This is a permanent position which would entail teaching English and managing a successful department.

Essential: A proven and successful track record of teaching English to A level, and a strong academic record.

Desired: Experience holding a position of responsibility, and a background in the independent sector would be a bonus, however, this is certainly not essential.
