A leading independent school in London require a Head of Design & Technology ideally from September, 2021, however, a January, 2022 start would also be considered. The position would entail teaching Resistant Materials & Product Design to A level as well as managing a popular department.

Essential: Several years' experience teaching Resistant Materials & Product Design to A level.

Desired: Experience holding a position of responsibility, the ability to also offer Electronics and/or Textiles, and a background in the independent sector would be a bonus, however, this is certainly not essential.

Relating well to colleagues, parents and pupils in every aspect of school life, you will help to ensure the academic, spiritual, social and emotional development of the pupils by creating a vibrant, stimulating and meaningful classroom environment and successful department.
