A leading independent school on the Surrey borders require a Head of Boarding from September, 2022. This is a permanent position which would entail teaching managing all boarding staff and teaching your specialised subject.

Essential: A successful and proven background in a boarding environment, with strong experience managing and leading staff. The ability to teach a subject at senior level would be essential.

Desired: A postgraduate degree and a background in the independent sector would be a bonus, however, this is certainly not essential.
