A leading independent school on the Hampshire borders require a Head of Boarding from January, 2022, however, a later start would also be considered. This is a permanent position which would entail managing the pastoral care of the boarders, as well as leading the boarding staff.

Essential: A successful track record working as a Housemaster or Housemistress, or similar role.

Desired: Experience in the independent sector would be a bonus, however, this is certainly not essential.
