A leading Independent Preparatory School in London require a French teacher from January, 2021. Initially, this is a contract till the end of the academic year with a good possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate. The position would entail teaching French up to Year 8.

Essential: Prior experience teaching French at Primary level, or applications from experienced Secondary French teachers or postgraduates would also be warmly received. Full support would be provided for the NQT Induction.

Desired: A background in the independent sector and experience with Common Entrance or Scholarship would be a bonus, however, this is certainly not essential.

The school aims to create a supportive and caring environment in which pupils feel happy and safe. They are well cared for by dedicated staff who are able to give excellent individual attention in small classes averaging about 15 pupils. It is the school's warm and purposeful atmosphere that particularly strikes most visitors. The school provides pupils with academic rigour in combination with traditional values so that pupils grow into confident, caring and successful individuals outside the school gates. The school offers cutting edge, first class facilities and has a wide selection of extracurricular activities to choose from.
