Food Technology & Nutrition Teacher

Job description

A leading independent school on the east London borders require a teacher of Food Technology & Nutrition from September, 2022.  The position would entail teaching Food Technology & Nutrition up to GCSE level. Assistance with accommodation is available
 
Essential: Prior experience teaching Food Technology or applications from strong NQTs or postgraduates would also be warmly received. Full support would be provided for the ECT Induction.
 
Desired: Prior experience teaching Food Technology at GCSE and a background in the independent sector would be a bonus, however, this is certainly not essential.  
 
Their last inspection found that the quality of relationships between staff and pupils, and amongst the pupils themselves is outstanding.  The ethos of the school is one which cultivates an appetite for achievement, a determination to succeed and a lifelong love of learning. Within the classroom, they encourage pupils to strive for the highest academic standards, to seize the many learning opportunities provided and to celebrate their achievements and those of their peers.  State of the art facilities are on offer in the department and school-wide.
