A leading South West London Prep school is looking for an English teacher to join the school from September.
The School is lively, busy and happy and one where they feel that the boys (and girls in our wonderful Nursery) thrive. The aim is to offer a broad education to all our pupils, enabling them to develop their academic, social, sporting and artistic attributes. This breadth and balance on offer is what they believe one is on of the strengths of the School.
The academic side underpins the education here with the emphasis on the core areas in the early years spreading to an increasing range of subjects by the top end of the School. The destination schools of our leavers show that the boys are achieving well academically.
The successful candidate will hold a relevant UK recognised degree and QTS. Ideally they will be a primary phase trained with English as a specialism. Experience on teaching towards Common Entrance and scholarship will be advantageous. The role will be predominantly teaching years 5-8 along and assisting with the delivery of English across the school.
To discuss the role in further detail, please send your CV through to firstname.lastname@example.org or submit your CV by clicking apply. A screening call will take place before further role details are released. Candidates may be interviewed ahead of the closing for applications.
