An independent school on the Surrey borders require an English teacher from September 2020. This is a permanent position which would entail teaching English up to A level and can be be a Head of Department position within a year for the right candidate,

Essential: Prior experience teaching English to at least GCSE level.


Desired: Experience teaching English to A level and a background in the independent sector would be a bonus, however, this is certainly not essential.
