English Teacher

A leading independent school in London requires a teacher of English from  January, 2024 start would also be considered.  The position would run until the end of the academic year in the first instance, with a strong likelihood of becoming permanent.  The post would entail teaching English to at least GCSE level, and ideally A level.  Assistance with accommodation is available.

Essential: Prior experience teaching English or applications from strong ECTs or postgraduates would also be warmly considered.  Full support would be provided for the ECT Induction.

Desired: A background in the independent sector would be a bonus, however, this is certainly not essential.
