A leading independent Preparatory School in London require a Director of Music (part-time) from September, 2021. This is a permanent position which would entail teaching Music to Year 6 as well as managing the school concerts, orchestra, and choir.

Essential: Prior experience teaching Music at Primary or Secondary level, or applications from strong NQTs would also be warmly considered. Full support would be provided for the NQT Induction.

Desired: A background in the independent sector would be a bonus, however, this is certainly not essential.

The development of interpersonal skills, team spirit and strong self awareness is achieved through a comprehensive programme which includes varied and exciting extracurricular activities.
