A leading independent Preparatory School in London require a Deputy Head Academic from September, 2022.  The position is initially for one year, however, there is a good possibility of the post becoming permanent. The role would entail assisting the Head in leading the school; namely: line managing teaching staff, curriculum development, pupil tracking, and strategy development.
 
Essential: Several years experience teaching at Primary level, an excellent track record of achievement and a background holding a position of responsibility.
 
Desired: Experience with 11+ or 13+ preparation and a background in the independent sector would be a bonus, however, this is certainly not essential.
