A nurturing central London Prep school is looking to appoint a class teacher to join their school from this coming September.

The School
Set in a central London location it brings together the advantages of both the central location and a community setting. Providing a modern education underpinned by a strong ethos, the school brings an ideal balance to holistically prepare pupils for life after Prep school.

Providing both a class room teaching style environment along with subject specialist teachers to provide a solid educational grounding as they move through the school. Preparing pupils to take the 11+ and common entrance exams to get into some of the largest independent schools in London, this Prep school also feeds its own Senior Girls and Senior Boys schools.

The role
The successful candidate will hold a relevant degree along with QTS or equivalent, you will also have experience working within Key Stage 2. Having a knowledge of London day school system and experience in the 11+ examinations is desirable. Due to the time of year, some flexibility can be given to the class to be taken, again this will depend on the successful candidates experience.

You will be expected to take part fully in school life to include extra curricular activities and also embrace the schools ethos.
