A leading independent school on the Wiltshire borders require a Residential Assistant Head Pastoral from January, 2022, however, a later start could also be considered. The post would entail managing the wellbeing and safety of all students, and would be part of the SLT team. 

Essential: Experience in middle leadership or other background leading others such as being a Head of Year, and a successful track record of implementing systems to support wellbeing across departments or year groups.  Experience as a DSL or DDSL, if not, prior DSL training would be essential.

Desired: Leading appraisals, and a background in the independent sector would be a bonus, however, this is certainly not essential.
