Essential: Prior experience teaching Physics or applications from strong ECTs or postgraduates would also be warmly considered. Full support would be provided for the ECT Induction.

Desired: Experience teaching Physics at A-level and a background in the independent sector would be a bonus, however, this is certainly not essential.
